Spirit Airlines will offer new routes to and from three destinations, the airline announced.
DALLAS — Spirit Airlines will offer new, nonstop routes between DFW International Airport and three destinations, the airline confirmed.
Starting in May, Spirit Airlines will offer flights from DFW to Indianapolis, Louisville and Raleigh-Durham, N.C., the airline said. The nonstop flights will be offered twice weekly starting May 8.
Tickets from Dallas-Fort Worth to Indianapolis are currently on sale for as little at $70, flights to Louisville are going for as little as $72 and a trip to Raleigh-Durham will set you back about $75.
Spirit Airlines is also now offering more options for travelers, with four comfort tiers ranging from premium to economy.
The airline’s parent company, Spirit Aviation Holdings, recently exited bankruptcy protection after finalizing debt restructuring. The restructuring deal allows Spirit to convert $795 million of its debt into equity. The company says it’s also received a $350 million equity investment from existing investors to aid future operations, the Associated Press reported.
