We’re starting the day with a few showers in the San Antonio Metro area. A few showers and storms are moving through the San Antonio Metro area this morning. If you get a thundershower, expect a brief period of heavy rain. Coverage will decrease in the afternoon. Keep your Sunday outdoor plans, just have the rain gear handy just in case.
Highs today will be in the upper-80s with a breezy wind from the southeast at 10-15 mph, gusting up to 20-25 mph at times.
Today’s our last chance for rain for the week ahead. The heat high, which has been elsewhere the last couple of weeks, moves back over Texas. This means highs closer to average — in the mid- to upper-90s.
