Relating to adding certain substances to the Texas Controlled Substances Act
and prohibiting the production, manufacture, distribution, delivery, sale,
and possession of certain hallucinogenic substances; creating criminal
offenses.
SB 2024 Perry
Relating to a prohibition on marketing, advertising, or selling certain
e-cigarette products; creating a criminal offense.
SB 2166 Parker
Relating to testing of voting tabulation equipment.
SB 2309 Hughes
Relating to election integrity and security of ballot boxes, including by
preventing fraud in the conduct of elections in this state; authorizing a
penalty.
SB 2880 Hughes
Relating to abortion, including civil liability for distribution of
abortion-inducing drugs, and to the destruction of certain property; making
conforming changes and harmonizing conforming provisions; creating criminal
offenses; authorizing a private civil right of action.
SJR 27 Huffman
Proposing a constitutional amendment regarding the membership of the State
Commission on Judicial Conduct and the authority of the commission and the
Texas Supreme Court to more effectively sanction judges and justices for
judicial misconduct.
SJR 39 Birdwell

Proposing a constitutional amendment to allow the legislature to override a
veto of the governor following a regular session of the legislature.
SJR 40 Birdwell
Proposing a constitutional amendment regarding the powers of the governor,
the legislature, and the supreme court following certain disaster or
emergency declarations.
