The Senate Committee on State Affairs will consider the
following:





SB 17          Kolkhorst
| et al.      

Relating to the purchase of or acquisition of title to real property by
certain aliens or foreign entities.



SB 509         Bettencourt
| et al.    

Relating to requiring notice to the attorney general in an action under the
Election Code seeking a temporary restraining order.



SB 689         Hughes                 

Relating to the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion
initiatives by certain governmental entities.



SB 985         Bettencourt
| et al.    

Relating to the combination of certain election precincts.



SB 1187        Hughes                 

Relating to an unauthorized vote by a delegate or alternate delegate to a
federal Article V convention; creating a criminal offense.



SB 1220        Hughes                 

Relating to the subject matter jurisdiction of the criminal trial courts of
this state.



Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If
submitting written

testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee
clerk with your name

and the bill number on each copy.
