Relating to the age of wine authorized to be sold by a wine collection
seller.
SB 1577 Parker
Relating to the temporary sale of alcoholic beverages at certain racing
facilities.
SB 2043 Hughes
Relating to prohibited retaliation against a physician or health care
provider for reporting certain violations or taking certain actions with
respect to the provision of health care services; providing a civil remedy.
SB 2051 Birdwell
Relating to the impeachment or removal from office of certain public
officers, including procedures governing the impeachment, trial on
impeachment, and disqualification of state officers, and to the grounds for
which certain public officers may be removed from office.
SCR 42 Hughes
Urging the state to adopt the policy to recognize two sexes, male and female.
SJR 68 Birdwell
Proposing a constitutional amendment to clarify and implement certain
provisions governing the impeachment, trial, removal from office, and
disqualification of public officers.
