STC To Honor Late Students with Posthumous Degrees, Dec. 9th

Nearly 3,000 students will receive certificates or associate degrees during the ceremonies scheduled at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., including two posthumous degrees that will be presented to the family members of two late students.
