SAN ANTONIO – A teenage boy injured in a drive-by shooting on the South Side was hit in the torso and chest, according to San Antonio police.
The shooting happened in the 700 block of Logwood Avenue around 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
The victim and a second teenager were walking when a vehicle pulled up next to them, and someone fired a shotgun from inside.
The victim, whose exact age is not yet known, was struck in the chest and face, police said.
Identifying information for the suspected vehicle was not provided.
Police said the person in the vehicle was a known suspect; however, it was not immediately clear how.
