SAN ANTONIO – You can watch horror movies in a haunted house this Halloween season at the Terror High Film Festival in San Antonio.
The festival takes place at 6 p.m. on Oct. 19 inside the Haunted Oaks attraction at Rolling Oaks Mall, located near Loop 1604 E and Nacogdoches Road.
Haunted Oaks is a 12,000-square-foot haunted house maze located inside the Rolling Oaks Mall shopping center.
Within the attraction is Horrific Pix Studios, an immersive, horror-themed art exhibit that allows attendees to access 13 themed rooms for selfies and photos, a press release states.
“The folks at Haunted Oaks and Horrific Pix Studios are letting us share a truly unique horror short film festival; attendees can be part of the terrifying experience. It’ll be a frightfully good time” said the film festival’s co-founder Jesus Hernandez.
Terror High Film Fest will stream a collection of independent and international horror shorts that embrace the monstrous, dreadful, frightful, and fantastic elements of the horror genre, according to a press release.
General admission to this one-night-only film festival event is $20 for all three attractions. VIP tickets are $35 and also include a Terror High shirt.
