Texas Officials Pass Bill Allowing Arrests Of Migrants—But Here’s Why It Might Be Unconstitutional

Several officials and groups have said the bill challenges the Supreme Court’s decision in Arizona v. U.S., which only grants the ability to arrest a person based on their immigration status to the federal government.
