Many school districts in the Hill Country are still closed due to the effects of the winter storm that blew through Texas this week.
Temperatures are above freezing in many locations in the San Antonio area on Thursday morning, except in some areas in the Hill Country, according to KSAT meteorologists.
Most schools in the San Antonio area have resumed operations as normal for Thursday, but many north of Bexar County are still closed due to icy conditions and power outages.
