The upcoming work week starts warm and dry, before a few changes start to work in by Halloween as spotty rain chances return to the forecast.
Starting with Monday, morning cloud cover for some (and perhaps some patchy fog across the Coastal Plains) will lead in partly cloudy skies in the afternoon. Lows in the mid-60s will transition to high temperatures in the upper 80s in the Alamo City.
Most miss out, but isolated rain chances arrive by Tuesday and Wednesday. Slightly better (30%) odds for a few spotty showers return by Halloween as a cool front stalls just north of San Antonio. It won’t be a washout, but just know that you could run into a light shower or two while trick-or-treating, so be sure to check back in with us!
Warmer-than-average temperatures are still expected on Halloween as highs climb into the mid-80s. You won’t need the jackets this year as temperatures will be closer to 80° around sunset.
Latest forecast guidance still suggests that the first week of November could feature cooler weather and even better rain chances. We’ll be sure to keep you posted!
