Trio of Aggies along with a recruit are competing at U.S. Open

   

NEW YORK – Former Texas A&M tennis players Arthur Rinderknech, Austin Krajicek and Jackson Withrow will be competing this week at the 2024 U.S. Open at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

Rinderknech will compete in singles and doubles, while Krajicek and Withrow are seeded in doubles.

Rinderknech has a first-round singles matchup against Christopher Eubanks of the United States at 1:15 p.m. on Monday. The doubles teams of Krajicek/Jean-Julien Rojer and Withrow/Nathaniel Lammons will play Wednesday or Thursday. Krajicek/Rojer are seeded 15th and will face Constantin Franzen/Hendrik Jebens, while the 13th-seeded Withrow/Lammons, coming off their second straight doubles crown at the Winston-Salem Open, will take on Mitchell Krueger/Reese Stalder. Rinderknech/Adrian Mannarino will open against Thaigo Monteiro/Mariano Navone.
