FORT WORTH, Texas — A truck crash shut down Interstate 35W northbound in north Fort Worth on Friday morning, police said.
The crash was reported at Basswood Boulevard shortly after 4:30 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Transportation. The lanes were re-opened by 7 a.m., according to officials.
Police said an 18-wheeler overturned in the crash and a heavy-duty wrecker was being called to the scene to remove it.
No injuries were reported, though traffic was backed up along a busy stretch of I-35W.
