President-elect Donald Trump had a banner day Thursday, ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange surrounded by his family and he was declared the “Person of the Year” by Time Magazine. After all the things he has faced, it was a triumphal moment. The NYSE loved it and launched into chants of “USA! USA!” after he rang the bell.

On top of that, the leftist fits about it were the cherry on the top.
The Democrats are going to have a long four years.

As part of the “Person of the Year” process, the person selected also does an interview with the magazine. Among the things Trump commented on during the interview was Kamala Harris, his opponent who lost the election. He was asked what he thought her “worst mistakes in the campaign were.”
His response was pure Trump, and it was hilarious.
“Taking the assignment,” he replied. “Number one. Because you have to know what you are good at.”
Oof, nice way of saying she wasn’t truly capable of the job and she was too ignorant to know it. Plus, he’s also saying she was acting at the directions of the powers that be.

They also asked about her tactical mistakes. Trump thought Kamala not initially doing interviews was also a big problem.
“I think that when she wouldn’t talk to anybody, it shone a light on her,” Trump said. It made people wonder if “something was wrong with her.” That’s most certainly true, it reinforced the view that she wasn’t capable of coherently answering questions. If she couldn’t even say what she would do that was different than Biden, why would anyone vote to hire her for the job?
What is she, in fact, good at? Certainly not anything she was assigned to do under Biden. And the campaign was just a mess when her campaign burned through $1.5 billion, according to reports. I suppose we could say she was good at word salads but that’s not actually good for anything. Oh, and cackling. She’s right up on Hillary Clinton’s level in the cackling department.
There’s no question we dodged a big bullet when Trump won and Kamala lost. As a final acknowledgment of that, I leave you with her cackle of the day … and whatever else was making her bounce up and down.

What even is that? “Bring your own DISH! You know what I’m saying! I’m all about no regrets,” she said.
Farewell, word salads, Venn diagrams, train wrecks.
Hello, sanity and strength.
