FORECAST DETAILS:
Unseasonably warm (and record challenging) until we ring in the new year.
Our next cold front arrives New Year’s Eve but will be most noticeable by New Year’s Day (Wednesday). This cold front takes us from record warm temperatures, back to average for this time of year. We’ll start 2025 with temperatures near (or slightly below) average, so you’ll want to have a jacket ready as mornings dip to near 40°, and afternoons may only reach about 60° for several days in a row.
Despite the downturn in temperatures, a freeze remains highly unlikely as the coolest morning should be near 40°.
Plan for total sunshine and low humidity tomorrow through next week, unfortunately, there’s no hope for any rain.
