FORECAST

Our next cold front arrives tonight and will cause gusts up to 35 mph starting around 2am along with cooler temperatures for a few days.

Tomorrow afternoon will struggle to hit 70°, and once the wind calms tomorrow evening, temperatures will plummet leading to upper 30s by sunrise Thursday morning in San Antonio (Coldest since February 19th). Parts of the Hill Country could have a brief, light freeze Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

Thursday morning will be our low point temperature-wise, then we gradually warm with 80s returning by Sunday.

Friendly reminder … the fire risk is high tomorrow due to the high winds and very dry air. If a fire ignites, it will spread quickly.

A ‘high’ to ‘very high’ fire danger is expected on Wednesday due to gusty winds and low humidity. (Copyright 2024 by KSAT – All rights reserved.)
