Two crashes were reported in the north and southbound lanes of Main Street in The Colony Tuesday morning, officials said.
THE COLONY, Texas — Two crashes shut down multiple lanes of Main Street in The Colony, officials said.
The first crash was reported around 8 a.m. Tuesday in the northbound lanes of Main Street near Cougar Alley, the city said in a social media post. Less than a mile away, a multi-vehicle accident was reported around 8:30 a.m. and closed the southbound lanes of Main Street between Nash Drive and Hetherington Drive, the city said in a separate post.
Both crashes occurred between South Colony Boulevard and State Highway 121
The Colony police, fire and public works departments are on the scene, the city said.
