Tyler ISD Partners with East Texas Symphony Orchestra to Host Carnegie Hall Event

All Tyler ISD fourth and fifth grade students performed with their voices and recorders from their seats. A partnership with the East Texas Symphony Orchestra (ETSO) gives students the unique
