Saucedo, a registered sex offender, was arrested earlier that day and managed to flee from Mid Coast Medical Center in Belleville after picking his handcuffs and leg irons with a makeshift tool, according to a press release from the Waller County Sheriff’s Office. He was previously charged with indecency with a child and stalking in Brazos County in 2024 and currently faces multiple charges, including resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer.
Described as a Hispanic man with face tattoos, missing front teeth, and brown hair with red highlights, Saucedo was last seen wearing a white head wrap, dark T-shirt, and blue jeans. Authorities warn he should be considered dangerous and may be posing as a homeless person or day laborer to evade capture.
The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Saucedo’s arrest and indictment. Tips can be submitted via the USMS Tips App or by contacting the Waller County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers. The ongoing search involves multiple agencies, including K-9 units and air support, as investigators explore possibilities of Saucedo’s whereabouts.
