US Marshals capture a Texas ‘Most Wanted’ suspect in Round Rock

  

AUSTIN (KXAN) — On Thursday, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested a 25-year-old Mexican national in Round Rock who was on the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal immigrant list.

Authorities arrested Fabian Toribio-Martinez in Round Rock in the 1500 block of E. Palm Valley near Lance Lane. He is being charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Possession of A Controlled Substance.

An attorney has not been listed for Toribio-Martinez as of Friday, when one is listed KXAN will reach out to the attorney for a comment.

The Department of Homeland Security’s, Immigrant and Customs Enforcement said Toribio-Martinez was “previously convicted in 2018 and removed from the United States.”

The U.S. Marshals said Toribio-Martinez was known to hang around the Round Rock area and was believed to be “armed and dangerous.”

Toribio-Martinez was arrested at an apartment complex, as of Friday he is still in the Williamson County Jail.
