As RedState previously reported, Joe Biden landed himself in some very hot water after hosting a Pride “celebration” event Saturday on the South Lawn that devolved into a bizarre exhibitionist spectacle, with several transgender influencers taking their tops off in front of the White House. One of them, TikToker Rose Montoya, is a biological man who now has breasts and the others were biological women who had their breasts removed.
In the video Montoya shared on his TikTok page, which you can watch here, you can hear one of them boasting about being “topless at the White House.”
Though Montoya has, predictably, been unapologetic about his deplorable behavior, which I should point out happened at an event that was supposed to honor members of the LGBTQ community and their young children – who were also in attendance, Biden’s handlers rushed to play clean up. Press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, for instance, floundered as she reiterated Monday that the influencers in question who she said had engaged in “unacceptable” and “disrespectful” conduct at the supposedly “family-friendly event” would not be invited to another White House gathering.
But Joe Biden himself has had nothing to say about what happened, and perhaps that’s because he would be hard-pressed to distance himself from it considering the fact that with his announcement at the Pride event of a “book ban czar,” Biden confirmed that he implicitly condones the teaching of sexually explicit material in public school classrooms, some of which involves teaching little Jimmy, complete with graphically illustrated tutorials, that it’s okay to fantasize about having sex with his male classmate, or to pretend to be a girl.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has a track record of pushing back hard against these types of exploitative agendas involving underage kids, responded accordingly Thursday on the issue of the topless incident, pointing to how the Biden White House’s tepid condemnation of it is at odds with what they’re okay with young kids being taught in the classroom:
“You know, when they had at the White House this transgender flag as the precedence over the American flag, that’s wrong. That’s not how you display the American flag.
And, I think when you have the inappropriate conduct at the White House with these transgenders flashing people nude and all this stuff, you know it’s just totally, totally inappropriate. And I think even the White House had to acknowledge it was inappropriate. But I would ask them, if it is inappropriate to do that at the White House, which I certainly think it is, why do you want to have that curriculum jammed into a second grader’s classroom? That’s what you’re always talking about.”
Watch:
That’s pretty close to a perfect response to how the Biden team has handled the fallout from what happened, and about the only thing I’d add to it is that obscene incidents like this at Pride events are not the exception, they are the rule, as my RS colleague Bonchie has pointed out. So the Biden administration should have known better than to open themselves up to the criticism.
But that’s part of the problem here, isn’t it? They saw no issue planning such an event, knowing that exhibitionism and public simulation of sexual acts is a regular occurance at even “family friendly” Pride parades, which in fact happened on DC streets the same weekend Biden held the “celebration.”
As far as I’m concerned, every single GOP candidate for president should be calling out what happened and parallelling it with the Biden agenda when it comes to what teachers should be allowed to teach the very same kids who Biden has openly declared belong to the government.
And if there’s any presidential contender on the Republican side who hasn’t yet made a statement about this, we should be asking why. Because in my opinion there is nothing more important than ensuring our kids are protected from the people in public office who tell you that they are “for the children” but who when they think you aren’t looking are keen on robbing them of their innocence behind their parents’ backs.
