WATCH: Kamala Harris Makes Shameless Comments on Killing of Hamas Leader Yahya Sinwar

As RedState reported, infamous Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was finally killed in Gaza on Thursday following a year-long pursuit by Israeli forces. Graphic images showed the terrorist shot in the head, among other wounds.

For those who suffered the atrocities of October 7th, it was a moment of triumph. Sinwar had led the planning and execution of the deadly massacre which took the lives of over 1200 people and resulted in over 200 hostages being taken, some of which are still unaccounted for.

Who it shouldn’t have been a moment of triumph for was the Biden administration. Barely a month into Israel’s war to wipe out Hamas, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have worked tirelessly to undermine that mission. So when Harris showed up hours after Sinwar’s death to try to have a “Bin Laden moment,” many people weren’t exactly impressed.

Why is this so infuriating? It’s not just that Harris had nothing to do  with Sinwar’s elimination. It’s that she actively worked against it, repeatedly chastising Israel for continuing the war and even threatening to withhold arms and aid. Further, the vice president came out publicly against any Israeli incursion into Rafah, where the Hamas leader was ultimately killed. Infamously, she proclaimed in March that she had “studied the maps” while calling any possible campaign in Rafah a “huge mistake.”

Like a typical Democrat, Harris has managed to be wrong about almost every major foreign policy decision during her time in office. Had the Israelis listened to her, Sinwar would still be alive and Hamas would still exist as a governmental power and fighting force. It was only by shunning the vice president’s demands that we reached the current moment.

With that as the context, it is shameless that Harris would now come out and praise Sinwar’s death while cosplaying as president in the process. I’ve been assured as vice president that she has no real power and is not responsible for anything. So why is she giving a presser to comment on something that never would have happened if she were making the decisions? Her penchant for playing politics with sensitive issues is unmatched.

Now would be a good time for Harris to stop talking. Everyone knows her record on the issue of Israel and combatting Hamas. No one is buying this faux president act she’s putting on, which was undercut by the fact that Biden released an official government statement just minutes after her presser. If anything, this episode shows that Harris should be nowhere near the White House. Consider how wrong she was about Rafah and Sinwar to be the latest example of her lack of qualification for the presidency.
