FORECAST
Another chilly night/morning is on the way with widespread 30s by sunrise Saturday morning, however, we’ll warmup quickly with afternoon temperatures in the 60s – just like the past few days.
The biggest difference Sunday will be morning fog and low clouds leading to minimal sunshine into the afternoon. Also, the humidity will gradually increase throughout the day, and you’ll feel some mugginess in the air by Monday and Tuesday.
A weak cold front is expected to arrive Tuesday (Christmas Eve) evening and bring with it isolated showers and possibly a brief storm, but rainfall accumulations will be minimal and the window of opportunity is short. By Christmas morning, the sky should clear with low humidity and temperatures in the 60s most of the daylight hours.
Clouds and humidity return Thursday with stray sprinkles or very light showers along with above average temperatures.
