FORECAST
Happy weekend!
WARM WEEKEND
After some brief, patchy morning fog for some early Saturday (especially across the Coastal Plains), plenty of sunshine will be the theme this afternoon with high temperatures in the low-80s for most. Winds will be relatively light and variable.
Unseasonably warm conditions continue into Sunday (near-80°) under partly cloudy skies. It’ll be noticeably breezier, with wind gusts upwards of 25 mph ushering in more humidity throughout the day.
HUMID MONDAY, COOL FRONT TUESDAY
Expect a muggy Monday with patchy morning drizzle, followed by mostly cloudy skies and upper-70s.
A dry line and cool front arrive starting Tuesday morning, potentially bringing a few isolated showers (20%) and kicking up wind gusts upwards of 35 to 40 miles per hour. Dry air will send high temperatures into the 80s. We’ll still be in the 70s through the second half of the week, so don’t expect a big change in temperatures.
