Where does Texas A&M land in the newest 2024 College World Series odds?

The best time of the year is now just mere hours away, as the NCAA Baseball Tournament will begin with first-round regional action on Thursday and Friday, as 3-seed Texas A&M will take on Grambling for a chance to face Louisiana or Texas for a shot at moving on the Super Regional round next week.

After finishing 44-13 with a 19-11 mark in SEC play, the Aggies earned their highest seed in program history even after and up and down finish to the regular season, losing two out of three conference series before lasting just two days in the SEC Tournament, falling to Mississippi State and Tennessee before heading back to College Station to hear their postseason fate.

With the schedule set and roster as healthy as they’ve been all season, this team has everything it needs to make a serious run at a championship. However, a host of talented programs and ten other SEC programs will likely stand in their way. Thanks to College Baseball Nation’s updated metrics-based rankings, here are the favorites to win the 2024 College World Series.
