YouFit sold its four Texas locations in late 2022 to Retro Fitness for an undisclosed amount, according to an announcement from YouFit. The sale will help to partially fund YouFit’s plans for multi-million dollar upgrades to its 70 clubs, and it helps Retro Fitness with its Project LIFT initiative.
