SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for the driver in a hit-and-run crash that killed two people, according to officials.
The crash happened at 11:58 p.m. in the 2700 block of Rigsby Avenue.
Police said a 20-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy were walking on a designated crosswalk when an unknown vehicle struck the two and fled the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found the two in the eastbound lanes of the street.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS, and the boy was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
SAPD said there were no witnesses to the crash, and a suspect has not been located.
This is an ongoing investigation.
