Dallas police searching for person of interest in homicide investigation, department says

 

According to police, a 41-year-old man died after being shot in early October.

DALLAS — The Dallas Police Department s aid it is attempting to identify a person of interest in connection with a homicide investigation. 

According to police, on Oct. 4, officers responded to a shooting call in the 4600 block of Lake Ave. 

Police said when officers arrived, they found 41-year-old Michael Deandre Reed unresponsive inside an apartment with gunshot wounds. 

According to Dallas PD, Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and Reed died at the scene. 

In a new video released by Dallas PD Wednesday, police said they are trying to identify the person seen walking down a sidewalk. 

Dallas PD said this is an ongoing investigation and anyone with information about the incident should contact the department.
