HELOTES, Texas – A Northside Independent School District bus was involved in a crash in Helotes, according to an official with the district.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday on Galm Road, not far from Bandera Road.
NISD confirmed no students were on the bus at the time of the crash.
The driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out but is expected to be OK.
At this time, it is not confirmed what led to the crash.
KSAT has reached out to Helotes police and is waiting to hear back for more information.
