Legend Torres was last seen with 46-year-old Joey Torres in the 200 block of South CM Allen Pkwy.
AUSTIN, Texas — An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy last seen in San Marcos.
Legend Torres, 2, was last seen in the 200 block of South CM Allen Pkwy. at 1 p.m. He was last seen wearing a black shirt that says “Legend since April 2021” on it, black shorts, black ankle socks and blue and white Jordan high top shoes.
It is believed Torres was abducted by 46-year-old Joey Torres. Torres was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray shorts and red and white Jordan shoes. He also visible tattoos on his neck, legs, the back of his head and earlobes.
The two were last seen traveling in a Silver 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander, with Texas license plate TKK-8328.
Joey Torres is considered armed and dangerous.
