Authorities search for missing Texas woman last seen in Austin

BELL COUNTY, Texas (FOX 44) — The Bell County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help finding a missing woman believed to be endangered.

Erin Claire Bertran, also known as Kyle, was reported missing on Thursday. Bertran lives in the Belton/Temple area, and was last seen driving a dark blue/purple 2005 Toyota 4Runner, with a partial License Plate of “G096”.

The sheriff’s department said she was last seen in south Austin at 7:15 p.m. Thursday around West Ben White Boulevard. She is using crutches, due to a broken leg.

Bertran is 56 years old, with long dark hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5’11” and weighs between 115 and 120 pounds. It is unknown what she was last known to be wearing.
