Biden Fundraiser Co-Host Raises a Lot of Eyebrows

As we reported, Joe Biden had a tough time in California on Monday.

He was there to make remarks on climate resilience in Palo Alto and to attend a campaign fundraiser. But he had difficulty completing at least one sentence. He declared climate change “THE existential threat.” Then, he didn’t even seem to know what year it was, talking about his “plan” he was committed to achieving to — by 2020 — to “conserve 30 percent of the lands and waters the United States has jurisdiction over and simultaneously reduce emissions to blunt climate impact.” He was supposed to say 2030. Then, it got worse, when he had to be led around by the hand by Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-CA).

According to the White House transcript, he also had a couple of other problems during the speech, saying “integration,” rather than “irrigation” and “million” rather than “billion” being spent:

Forty million — 40 million Americans already drinking water that thousands of farmers rely on for — for integration [irrigation]. And 40 million count on that river and so do the farmers. [….]

Folks, flood mitigation: $3.5 million [billion] to reduce or eliminate the risk of repetitive flood damage to buildings…

But those problems weren’t the only thing that raised eyebrows about Biden’s Monday.

He also went to a campaign fundraiser for him hosted by LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and Microsoft chief technology officer Kevin Scott, held at Scott’s home in Los Gatos, California.

As we have previously reported, Hoffman admitted to visiting Jeffrey Epstein’s island.

The calendar revealed that Hoffman planned to visit Epstein’s island in March 2014 and November 2014. He and the director of MIT’s Media Lab, Joi Ito, were scheduled to fly with Epstein on that second date from Palm Beach to the island for the weekend and then go to Boston.

When the venture capitalist had a flight scheduled to land late at night in New York on Dec. 4, 2014, Epstein arranged for Mr. Hoffman to stay overnight in his townhouse, the documents show. The following morning, Mr. Hoffman was scheduled to attend a “breakfast party” with Epstein, Mr. Gates and others, according to the documents.

Mr. Hoffman told the Journal he only once visited Epstein’s island residence, Little St. James, for an MIT fundraising trip with Mr. Ito. He said he regrets ever meeting with Epstein and his last interaction with Epstein was in 2015.

Hoffman said he was discussing science projects at universities, “While I relied on MIT’s endorsement, ultimately I made the mistake,” he said, “and I am sorry for my personal misjudgment.”

Hoffman was also in attendance at a state dinner hosted by Biden at the White House for Chinese President Xi Jinping in September 2015.

Hoffman is also the guy who funded, through a non-profit he funds, the lawsuit of E. Jean Carroll against former President Donald Trump.

Fox reached out to the White House but hasn’t gotten an answer back from them. So we see him having a fundraiser from the same guy who helped fund a lawsuit against his opponent, and that’s also a guy who went to Epstein’s island?

Joe Biden already has a lot of questions raised because he was accused of inappropriate touching, and he has a tendency to sniff women/girls, not to mention touching men’s biceps.

I’ll bet they’re not going to respond to questions on this one with a ten-foot pole. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is going to have to think to whom she can punt this question if any of the media dares to ask it.
