Cernousek enters final round at U.S. Women’s Open tied for 29th

   

LANCASTER, Pa. – Texas A&M’s Adela Cernousek climbed 30 spots on the leaderboard after posting her second under-par round on Saturday at the 79th U.S. Women’s Open at the Lancaster Country Club.

Cernousek, a junior from Antibes, France, fired a 1-under par 69 and enters Sunday’s final round tied in 29th place.

The 2024 NCAA Champion used four birdies to offset three bogeys as she posted one of the field’s 13 under-par scores of the third round.

Cernousek also carded a 69 in the first round on Thursday.
