Downpours in the forecast for San Antonio this week & Labor Day Weekend

After such a scorching July, August has been pretty good to us. For most of this week, there will at least be a chance for rain each day as we head into September. Here’s what you need to know:

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY (30% Coverage)

Tropical air will be in place, allowing for isolated rain Wednesday and Thursday. It will be very humid.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND

We’ll have a more favorable pattern for scattered rain, so downpours are possible over the holiday weekend. As usual, it won’t be a washout for everyone, but if you do see rain a quick 1-2 inches are possible.
Watch storms develop, move through San Antonio and South Texas with a live, updating Doppler radar.
