Benesh shares his interest in standardizing court filings, supporting and working with the Texas Lawyers’ Assistance Program to initiate a Docket Assistance Program, continuing 2023-2024 State Bar of Texas President Cindy Tisdale’s initiatives regarding artificial intelligence, and improving the State Bar website. Later, Masri shares what’s in store for TYLA, including efforts for community engagement, encouraging upcoming generations of lawyers, and more.

Steve Benesh, who earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, is a 35-year lawyer and has spent his entire legal career at Bracewell, becoming a partner in 1995. A frequent author and lecturer on legal topics, his practice is focused on business litigation and commercial disputes.

Every major life decision kept Hisham Masri in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He practices in Irving as employment counsel at Flowserve Corporation, where he manages litigation, provides advice and counsel, conducts trainings, and handles investigations.
