One dead in southeast Dallas shooting, police say

 

Police say 31-year-old Fermin Castillo was shot and killed Saturday night.

DALLAS — A man died Saturday night after being shot in southeast Dallas, police said. 

Dallas Police Officers responded to a shooting call around 11:10 p.m. Saturday in the 10600 block of Seagoville Road. They found 31-year-old Fermin Castillo was shot in a parking lot. He was transported to a hospital where he later died, police said. 

The Dallas Police Department said the shooting is under investigation and offered no additional details.
