FORECAST DETAILS

After making landfall early Monday morning near Matagorda Bay, what’s left of Beryl continues to push across Northeast Texas Monday night, weakening as it does so.

A chance for hit-or-miss showers and storms arrives Tuesday, specifically after 2 p.m. While it won’t be for everyone, we’ll call for a 40% chance of spotty rain which could make for a few soggy spots and times of reduced visibility during the evening commute.

Spotty, hit-or-miss rain chances are possible Tuesday afternoon, especially after 2 p.m.

Other than that, lows in the mid-70s will transition to highs in the mid-90s Tuesday afternoon with partly-to-mostly cloudy skies.

Looking ahead to the remainder of the week, mid-90s continue with just isolated chances for rain.

More updates to come! Until then, have a great night. ~ Mia
