Texas man dressed as clown nominates himself for Austin Energy CEO after week of outages: ‘Most qualified’

 Entertainer Alex Strenger attended the Austin City Council meeting Feb. 9, 2023, dressed as a clown because he was told to dress for the job he wants, which was CEO of Austin Energy.
