Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick sent a message about the U.S.-Mexico border to the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday during an appearance on Fox News’ Fox & Friends. Patrick noted the Court will decide on Monday if Senate Bill 4 (S.B. 4) can go into effect while it’s being discussed in courts or if a pause will remain in place.
