WH Spox Claims Biden Isn’t Taking Record Number of Vacation Days, but More Than Half of Americans Know the Truth

Bidenflation. It’s a real thing. Even a majority of Democrats now believe it. An August I&I/TIPP monthly survey also found that overall, 64 percent of the adult respondents said Biden’s policies were either “responsible” or “very responsible” for rising prices. Also in August, a Forbes article agreed:

The Federal Reserve has the biggest role to play in combatting high inflation, but better economic policies from President Biden and Congress would help.

[…]

The Democrats claim their reconciliation bill, the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), will slow inflation, but this is unlikely. … The bill’s health care and green energy subsidies and tax credits are more likely to increase prices than decrease them since nothing in the bill makes it easier to actually produce more health care or green energy.

Supply needs to outpace demand for prices to come down, but the IRA encourages the opposite.

In its simplest terms, inflation is caused by too much money chasing too few goods. As a result, 56 percent of Americans say rising prices caused hardships for their families, up from 49 percent in January.

But, hey — Joe being the hardworking guy he is, is buckling down, and working hard to reduce inflation, all out of concern for hardworking Americans. Just kidding. Biden has upped his already record vacation time to 40 percent of his time in office. presidency. Maybe it’s all he ever wanted, or spending 234 days of his 589 presidency — 70 percent at his homes in Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware — is further proof that the guy’s mental acuity continues its steady decline, as reported by the New York Post.

From a political perspective, Bidenflation should be one of the main courses on the silver platter the Democrats hand to Republicans in the November midterm elections and the 2024 general elections, as well. That is, of course, unless the Republicans manage to purposely snatch defeat from victory in the presidential election, which I’ve previously suggested is a distinct possibility.

Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel recognizes the opportunity, as well, telling the Post:

Voters want Republicans, who actually show up to work, to dig America out of Biden’s recession, secure the southern border, and put an end to reckless spending of taxpayer dollars. Democrats will be able to join Biden on his weekly vacations when Americans vote them out in less than 70 days.

Again, the silver platter is there for the taking. Unforced errors must be left to the radicalized Democrat Party. White House spokesman Andrew Bates dismissed the criticism of Biden’s travel, saying:

The presidency is a nonstop job that chief executives can do from anywhere in the world. Regardless of location, he has taken fewer vacation days than the modern norm.

Stop the tape. Yo, Andrew — everyday Americans’ “modern norm” doesn’t include 40 percent of their time on vacations. Not even close, my man. Bates continued, via the Post:

Being somewhere other than the White House is not the same thing as being on vacation. And President Biden is constantly focused on the numbers that are most important to the American people: lowering costs for families — like prescription drugs and energy — reducing the deficit to fight inflation, creating the most jobs of any year in American history and bringing manufacturing jobs back from overseas, growing the membership of NATO, and passing the most significant gun reform law in almost 30 years.

White House boilerplate nonsense. Even if Biden is “constantly focused” on the impact of his policies on the American people — which he isn’t — he continues to do the bidding of his far-left handlers, notably including so-called “green energy” initiatives and his falsely named student loan “forgiveness” scam.

So, as Biden continues his ridiculous attack on Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans, while the Biden Border Crisis(TM) continues at a record clip, the most inept president in modern history continues to ride his bike — occasionally falling — while more than half of America suffers under his “leadership.”

Go figure.
