Tarrant Co. voters reported issues with voting machines, city officials confirm

 

The problem appeared to be fixed by late this afternoon.

TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — Tarrant County voters were reporting issues with voting machines within the county, including those at the Pat May Center, according to a Facebook post from the City of Bedford. 

The Pay May Center in Bedford had long lines this afternoon as voters reported several voting machines were not working properly. Some Tarrant County residents said they had to wait over an hour to cast their ballots. 

Others at the polling location said there were multiple voting locations experiencing issues with the voting machines. The Tarrant County Elections office received several complaints about the issue Saturday. The problem appeared to be fixed by late this afternoon. Our calls to the Tarrant County Elections office were not answered.

The City of Bedford said in an update at 1:11 p.m. that voters could still vote at the Pat May Center. 

In an update at 1:16 p.m., the city advised that Bedford voters can vote at any Tarrant County polling location today before 7 p.m. A complete list of polling locations in Tarrant County can be viewed here

Euless

  • Euless Family Life Senior Center, 300 West Midway Dr.
  • St. John Baptist Church, 3324 House Anderson Rd.

North Richland Hills

  • City Point United Methodist Church, 7301 Glenview Dr.
  • North Richland Hills Public Library, 9015 Grand Ave. 
  • Former Bursey Road Senior Adult Center, 7301 Bursey Rd.
