COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – The Texas A&M University Police Department is investigating an alleged sexual assault.
The following alert was shared by the agency on Monday morning:
“On April 22, 2024, the Texas A&M University Police Department (UPD) received information regarding a sexual assault that occurred at Park West Apartments.
The victim reported that she met the suspect on a dating app and they agreed to meet at the suspect’s apartment at Park West Apartments on April 22, 2024. At approximately 1:45 am, the sexual assault occurred.
The identity of the suspect is known.”
