AUSTIN (KXAN) — You can get ahead on planning for the 2025 college football season. The Texas Longhorns’ SEC schedule for their second campaign in the conference was released on Wednesday.

The 2025 schedule will be fairly similar to the 2024 schedule. Texas will play the same teams just with the sites flipped to ensure equal home and away games for the two seasons.

In 2025, Texas will host Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Arkansas, and will also be the home team in the Red River Rivalry showdown with Oklahoma.

The Longhorns will play at Georgia, Florida, Mississippi State, and Kentucky.

Texas will play four non-conference games in 2025 headlined by the season opener at Ohio State. Texas will also play San Jose State, UTEP, and, two weeks later, Sam Houston State.
