The Far-Left LGBTQ Agenda: Openly Announcing Their Intentions for Your Children

During the annual Drag March in New York City, LGBTQ activists were captured on video chanting, “We’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children.” The participants, dressed in flamboyant attire, marched through Tompkins Square Park in the East Village before ending at the historic Stonewall Inn.

This incident sparked controversy and reignited discussions about the influence of the LGBTQ community on children. This is not the first time LGBTQ activists made this statement. Previously, the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus faced criticism for a music video promising to “convert” children to their LGBTQ ideology.

So, were these people shouting about influencing our children simply to antagonize folks, or were they letting us know what their intentions are? Chances are, it was both.

The discussion surrounding the influence of LGBTQ ideology on children has gained significant attention in recent years, with proponents arguing for inclusivity and acceptance. What made the conversation more controversial was the nationwide realization that progressives had been infusing far-leftist ideology regarding race, gender, and sexuality into K-12 classrooms, actively encouraging children to embrace the identity.

Promoting tolerance is a commendable goal. We do not want children growing up into hateful adults. Most agree that, whether we condone someone’s bedroom choices or not, it is not desirable to mistreat folks based on these preferences. The issue is that progressive activists are going beyond tolerance and actively pushing transgenderism onto impressionable young minds in K-12 schools.

At the heart of this debate lies a crucial distinction between promoting tolerance and actively encouraging transgenderism. The former aims to create a safe environment where all students feel respected and included, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. However, many progressive factions are going beyond this objective and promoting a specific gender ideology, including transgenderism, among young children who may not fully comprehend the long-term implications of such decisions.

One key area of concern is the lack of parental involvement and consent when it comes to assisting students in their gender transitions. Parents, as primary caregivers and decision-makers for their children, often expect to be informed and included in significant decisions affecting their child’s well-being. However, many reports have emerged of schools and activists bypassing parental consent and offering support to students seeking to transition.

Another concern revolves around the age-appropriateness of the materials and discussions surrounding LGBTQ topics in K-12 schools. While it is important to teach children about acceptance and respect for others, critics argue that introducing complex and sensitive issues like gender identity and transgenderism at a young age may confuse or overwhelm children who are still developing their understanding of themselves and the world around them.

Even worse, many schools have included sexually inappropriate material in the classroom and school libraries, where they can be easily accessed by young children who are not old enough to see graphic depictions of sex. While most can agree this is not appropriate, progressives have taken to labeling anyone who disagrees as “book banners” and bigots.

Additionally, by actively encouraging and facilitating gender transitions at an early age, children may be making life-altering decisions without fully comprehending the consequences. Parents are emotionally blackmailed into allowing their children to take puberty blockers and, in some cases, undergo irreversible surgeries that cause more harm than good.

While the promotion of tolerance and acceptance is a laudable goal, progressives are pushing boundaries by actively encouraging children to embrace transgenderism and facilitating transitions without the knowledge and consent of parents. Their efforts are nothing more than left-wing indoctrination using the school system.

This is an area where more people need to fight back against these brainwashing efforts coming from the hard left. Yes, they are coming after your children, and only you can stop them.
