The 16th annual AccessAbility Fest returns on Oct. 1

SAN ANTONIO – In partnership with Hemisfair’s Inclusion programming, the 16th annual AccessAbility Fest kicks off downtown on Saturday.

The AccessAbility event promotes programs and services that support independence and inclusion for people with disabilities.

The free family festival starts at 9 a.m. with the “Super Heroes Saving the World with Unique Abilities” parade.

Following the parade, guests can enjoy numerous activities, including adaptive wall climbing, a costume contest, a roll with the wind experience, and a COVID vaccine clinic.

There will also be live musical performances by two-time Grammy Award Winning Tejano artist Sunny Sauceda and up-and-coming artist Alize Nino.
